They presented the flag of the new special operations unit called Snow Eagle to the regional military command.
The special troops were earlier part of the border defense team in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region that was created in April, 2012.
According to the Xinjiang border defense force, the female troops have undergone three years of extensive training at a base that is part of the Xinjiang border defense force. The newly constituted team, the Snow Eagle, is expected to make a great contribution to the stability of Xinjiang.
